Her intervention addressed the changes introduced by the Omnibus I package to the CSRD and CSDDD frameworks, alongside a recap of ongoing duty of vigilance litigation in France, including the La Poste and Yves Rocher cases, shedding light on how courts may shape expectations regarding the implementation of CSDDD requirements.
