The NOVA BHRE, together with Beyond Human Rights Compliance, has responded to the Swiss Federal Council’s public consultation on the draft Federal Act on Corporate Sustainability, the indirect counter-proposal to the Responsible Business Initiative. Our joint submission examines how far the Proposal aligns with the CSDDD, as well as international standards such as the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights, and the OECD Guidelines for multinational enterprises on responsible business conduct, and how effectively it protects rightholders across global value chains.
