The NOVA BHRE participated in a research project with the European Union Agency for Fundamental Rights (FRA) on the operationalisation of due diligence obligations. As part of this project, Claire Bright collaborated with Daniel Schönfelder and Michaela Streibelt of Blue Marble on research into corporate practices across jurisdictions.
