Corporate Due Diligence and Capital Markets

As any other business organisation, institutional investors have a responsibility to respect human rights throughout their conduct and operations.  This responsibility was formalised by the UN and the OECD in 2011, and since then expectations The panel aims to explore and discuss the current state of Human rights in business in general, but particularly in the capital markets area. The panellists will discuss the role of institutional investors in relation to the growing due diligence expectations in light with the upcoming legal developments.
