Julia Gracia is a Ph.D. Candidate in Public Law at NOVA School of Law, a research fellow of Fundação para a Ciência e Tecnologia (FCT), and a researcher at CEDIS (Center for Research & Development on Law and Society). She holds a masters degree in International Law and Economic Integration from the State University of Rio de Janeiro (Universidade do Estado do Rio de Janeiro/UERJ) and a law degree from the same faculty. She also has training in Compliance by the Institute of Economic and European Criminal Law (Instituto de Direito Penal Económico e Europeu/Coimbra) by the Getúlio Vargas Foundation (Rio de Janeiro/Brazil), and by LEC – Legal, Ethics and Compliance (São Paulo/Brazil). She is a lawyer in Brazil (Rio de Janeiro Chapter), a member of the Portuguese Institute of Corporate Governance (IPCG), and a founding member of NOVA Compliance Lab, one of CEDIS knowledge centers.
