Björn Fasterling is Professor of Law and Business Ethics at EDHEC Business School (France) and member of the EDHEC Augmented Law Institute, where he directs executive programs on digital ethics. Next to digital ethics he works on the responsibilities of businesses to respect human rights and to implement sustainability due diligence measures. He holds a phD (Dr. iur.) from the University of Osnabrück, an LLM from the University of Stockholm and is a fully qualified German lawyer.
