On the 16th of September 2025, the NOVA BHRE, together with RCP and fellow members of the European Working Group on European Model Clauses (EMCs) for Responsible and Sustainable Supply Chains led by Martijn Scheltema | Pels Rijcken, was at the European Commission yesterday to present the results of their work on HREDD-aligned contracts.
