The first panel featured presentations from Marco Fasciglione on the context of the Omnibus Proposal, Claire Bright on the changing paradigms between the CSDDD and the Omnibus Proposal, Francesco Denozza on the corporate purpose and sustainability in corporate governance, and Martijn Scheltema on the role of contracts under the evolving legal framework to ensure sustainable supply chains.
