War & Law – The Future of Conflict
On 12th October 2023, the NOVA BHRE participated in the international conference ‘War & Law. The Future of Conflict’. In particular, members of the centre contributed to panel 2 about International Humanitarian Law, climate change, and resource competition with the participation of Anabela Brízido and panel 4 on International Law, non-state armed groups and privatization of conflict with the participation of Laura Íñigo Álvarez (co-organiser of the event) and Claire Bright acting as moderator.
