The NOVA BHRE is pleased to have contributed to the Belgian Toolbox on Business and Human Rights developed by the Belgian Federal Institute for Sustainable Development, with the support of the Council of Europe.
Our contribution focused in particular on the section “What is expected of companies” and aimed to clarify the legal framework on business and human rights, while providing practical guidance to help translate human rights due diligence expectations and reporting obligations into concrete and actionable steps for companies.
