BHR in conflict-affected areas
Summary of the project:
This project aims at analysing the legal frameworks applicable to companies operating in conflict scenarios, including hard and soft law instruments, as well as highlight examples of good practices and recommendations on how to better implement human rights due diligence by businesses in conflict and post-conflict situations.
