Abstract:
This book chapter examines the relevance of the concept of due diligence in the fight against climate change, the normative developments in this area, as well as the caselaw developments, considering both judicial and non-judicial procedures. The aim of this work is to provide a better understanding of the growing expectations regarding due diligence and climate change applicable to companies.
