Tabea Csaplár
Tabea Csaplár holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law and Economics from the University of St. Gallen, Switzerland, and is currently completing her Master’s degree in Swiss Law. During her studies, Tabea participated in the THEMIS Programme at NOVA School of Law, an international legal network of excellence for Master students specialising in business law and economics.
Her interest in BHRE developed early during her studies, as she conducted both her Bachelor’s and Master’s theses in the emerging research field of climate law and climate litigation. Her later research especially focuses on Swiss company law as well as EU reporting and sustainability directives, including the CSRD, and CSDDD.
Beyond academia, Tabea gained professional experience through an internship at a renowned German car manufacturer, working in the area of e-mobility, liability and environmental law. This combination of academic education at a leading business school and corporate experience has shaped Tabea’s perspective on BHRE, particularly at the intersection of business and environmental law.
